A useful report has three parts: what you asked for, what you expected, and what you got. A redacted example prompt or a screenshot helps. An error message, if there was one, helps more.

Do not send passwords, API keys, financial details, confidential documents, or anything else you would not want in an inbox.

Prompt Architect is a skill plus two small tools. The skill is a set of instructions ChatGPT follows when you ask for help writing, improving, or structuring a prompt, system prompt, template, or agent spec. The tools are hosted at ryandombrowski.net and are read-only:

• audit_prompt runs a deterministic checklist over a prompt and reports what looks present, unclear, or absent, with the matching line as evidence. It is keyword and structure matching, not judgment.
• get_pattern returns a reference skeleton and checklist for durable prompt artifacts such as an agent spec or a system prompt.

The tools receive only what the assistant chooses to send them, usually the prompt text you are working on. They do not read your conversation, your account, your files, or other users’ prompts, and they cannot fetch URLs, run code, or change anything.

• AI-generated prompts and responses can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review and test them before relying on them, especially in professional, sensitive, or consequential situations.
• The audit is heuristic. A dimension it marks absent may be present in words it does not match, and a dimension it marks present may still be poorly specified.
• No guarantee is made that a prompt will produce a particular result, work with every model, or prevent unsafe or incorrect output.
• Prompt Architect does not provide legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice.

Support is reasonable-effort. Response times, individual assistance, bug fixes, compatibility updates, and continued availability are not guaranteed.

For problems with your ChatGPT account, subscription, platform access, or billing, contact OpenAI directly. The publisher has no access to those systems.
