Terms of Service

Prompt Architect helps you develop, refine, and structure prompts for AI tools. It consists of instructions (a skill) that run inside a hosting AI platform and two read-only tools hosted by the publisher. The plugin is provided free of charge. Your hosting platform or other services may charge separately under their own terms.

You must meet the hosting platform’s eligibility requirements and comply with its terms.

You are responsible for the material you submit, the instructions you give, and your use of generated prompts and responses.

Only submit material you are authorized to use. Do not use the plugin for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, or attempts to compromise systems or bypass applicable safeguards. Do not attempt to overload or interfere with the hosted tools.

Review and test outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, not unique, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. The audit tool is heuristic and may miss or misread what a prompt contains.

Prompt Architect does not guarantee that a prompt will produce a particular result, work with every model, improve performance, or prevent unsafe or incorrect outputs.

The plugin does not provide legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice. Obtain qualified advice and independent verification where appropriate.

Prompt Architect depends on third-party platforms, models, and hosting services. Their availability, behavior, security, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. The publisher does not control those services and makes no promises about their performance or continued availability.

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to the publisher.

Any rights you may have in AI-generated outputs are subject to applicable law and the hosting platform’s terms. No guarantee is made that outputs are unique, protectable by intellectual property law, or free of third-party rights.

Subject to these terms, you may use the plugin for personal or business purposes within a hosting platform. You may not redistribute, resell, or present the plugin or its instructions as your own.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMPT ARCHITECT AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

THE PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

NO GUARANTEE IS MADE THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SYSTEMS, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RYAN DOMBROWSKI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLUGIN OR ITS OUTPUTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PUBLISHER’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLUGIN WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY OF THE CLAIM AND EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS KNOWN.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer protections or other rights you have under applicable law. Where a disclaimer or limitation is prohibited, it applies only to the extent permitted.

The publisher may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the plugin or its hosted tools, subject to applicable law. Continued compatibility, maintenance, support, and availability are not guaranteed.

Changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will receive any additional notice or consent required by law and will not retroactively remove accrued rights.

The Prompt Architect Privacy Policy explains the publisher’s handling of personal information. The hosting platform’s privacy policy separately governs its processing of your interactions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms are the entire agreement between you and the publisher about the plugin.
